Our team, including 60 certified technicians, retrained twice a year at the plant, can draw on our 40 years of experience. Our technicians are the most proficient in the telescopic industry simply because they do nothing else. With a 6.5 million part inventory, we are able to guarantee a service level unequalled elsewhere in the market. Our three state of the art workshops include powerful diagnostic tools. Also, as a dealer, we have to give our customers high quality service with certified parts from the manufacturer in order to maintain our distribution rights; in contrast to general mechanic workshops. Because we are fully dedicated to the telehandler market, we offer our customers 35 courtesy units to limit their productivity loss, in addition to being able to repair all telehandler brands. To insure service where our customers are, Manulift has been working since 2009, on a dealer network across Canada.
Established for many years now, in 2011, we have massively invested in the ''On Road'' service to reinforce our position. The number of units was doubled and trucks were changed and improved for higher satisfaction of our customers. More improvement projects are yet to come, but already, we are able to offer a 24/7 service throughout our territory.

Major investments were made to the Parts Department within the last year. Square footage was increased, controlled was improved and inventory is now at 6.5 million telehandler parts. Theses changes had an immediate effect on the quality of the service and on customers' satisfaction. Furthermore, our specialization guarantees to our customers the support of a competent team when talking or meeting with our parts clerks.
