National Supervisor of building project research

The position holder will play a crucial role at Manulift by supporting our sales representatives with high-potential construction projects for our machines while facilitating subcontractor management (formwork, glazing, etc.) through the sharing of key information. They will also be responsible for analyzing and monitoring the monthly performance and KPI’s of sales representatives.

The role consists of 40% daily operations to maintain the CRM-Salesforce database and 60% process optimization to continuously improve efficiency and results.

Main responsibilities:
  • Identify, classify, and coordinate the strategy for high-potential construction projects;
  • Research private projects not listed in the CRM;
  • Provide optimized schedulesby territory;
  • Develop and implement territory coverage strategies;
  • Ensure CRM-Salesforce is updated and follow-up with management on projects;
  • Qualify and optimize the best project sources (residential, commercial, industrial);
  • Present monthly performance reports by territory (KPIs);
  • Optimize processes, tools, and documentation related to department performance;
  • Build and develop the national team by province.
Experience and desired skills:
  • University degree or equivalent technical training;
  • Proven professional track record with concrete results and leadership experience;
  • Exceptional rigor and a strong interest in the construction market;
  • Experience in process creation, KPI management, and operations optimization;
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%;
  • Bilingual (French and English).
