Based at our Varennes branch and reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Director, the Sourcer – Talent Acquisition will aim to support the recruitment team in the search for qualified candidates in addition to support your colleagues in certain administrative tasks and procedures of the recruitment cycle.

Your role will be to increase the pool of potential candidates allowing the recruiting department to respond quickly to the constant growth of the organization.

Department : Recruitment

Main responsibilities:
  • Proactively search for potential candidates: target and investigate good profiles according to the selection criteria;
  • Carry out additional research on various virtual platforms;
  • Establish and implement a research plan in addition to a list of target companies;
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates according to the different types of positions;
  • Sort and analyze the applications according to the profiles sought;
  • Conduct professional references and criminal record checks;
  • Coordinate certain interviews between candidates and recruiters;
  • Conduct pre-screening telephone interviews as needed for certain types of positions;
  • Document and maintain records relating to the listed candidates;
  • All other tasks to support the recruitment team.
Experience & Desired skills:
  • College diploma in a relevant field;
  • Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience;
  • Human Resource Studies is an asset;
  • Bilingual: Advanced in French and English spoken and written;
  • Great knowledge of social media and professional networks;
  • Phone interviewing/screening skills;
  • Sense of structure and organization;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Rigor and proactivity.
