Manulift’s service technicians are the backbone of our operation. This is why we’re looking to expand our team of mechanics across Canada!

We’re looking for the best and brightest mechanic talent in Canada! With more than 10 job openings in Toronto, Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa, do you have what it takes to be part of the Manulift mechanic team?

Here are the top 5 reasons to join the Manulift team as a service technician and telehandler specialist!

1. Manulift is rapidly growing across Canada!

Manulift is expanding and we are now the reference when it comes to telehandlers. With the construction industry booming for the next five years, companies are turning to Merlo telehandlers to increase their efficiency. Because of this increased demand, we’re doubling the size of our garages in Montreal and Calgary, which means we’re looking for new, passionate mechanics to join our teams across the country!

2. Hone your craft and become a specialist

Our mechanics always say that Manulift offers an incredible environment to develop their skills. With the chance to work on complex machinery, you’ll be learning at a breakneck speed! Develop your expertise in all mechanical aspects of telehandlers by running diagnostics, repairing and working on more than 50 telehandler models.

3. The thrill of a challenge

On top of regular maintenance and repair work, our mechanics get to use their creativity and problem-solving skills when working on Merlo telehandlers. There are even chances to work on special projects, like adapting a Merlo to drive on railroads or creating special customizations for Merlo working on mining operations.

4. The Manulift Family

The technicians here are like a family. We know that we can always count on each other. We help each other, both personally and professionally. Not only that, but we never let anyone fall behind. It’s a bit clichéd to say, but this is a really great group,” said Alex Pelland, our Special Projects and Remote Control Service Technician, who’s been with Manulift for 11 years.
