In order to support its rapid growth and continue to offer unparalleled service to its customers, Manulift, a Canadian telescopic forklift specialist for more than 45 years, is investing $10 million to expand its Varennes facilities. This branch serves the Greater Montreal, Montérégie, North Shore, Lanaudière and Laurentians areas.

Objective: provide optimal after-sales support

This is a major project: The building will double in size to over 50,000 square feets. Furthermore, the state-of-the-art mechanical workshop will expand from 18 bays to 36, and new welding stations and a Special Projects department will also be added. These facilities are fully adapted to telescopic handlers for maximum efficiency. In addition, Manulift has made several tech investments, including the acquisition of sophisticated artificial intelligence software to help our technicians work faster, which will be deployed early next year.

“Our unparalleled know-how and 100% telescopic expertise set us apart in the market. Our Varennes branch will become a benchmark the telescopic industry and will directly benefit our customers!” — Martin Drolet, President, Manulift.
