Electric Scissor Lift
The electric scissor lift is a heavy-duty vertical lift platform that allows workers to be lifted to perform work at heights. Less mobile than other Snorkel products, it is ideal for specific needs and repetitive tasks, often indoors. Because of their all-electric design, aerial lifts meet a specific need for enclosed environments, something diesel machines are unable to do in confined spaces.
In addition, the strength of the machines, combined with their highly optimal weight, enables them to not only be effective in different settings, but also to be moved safely through buildings. Most electric scissor lifts are so light that they can be easily transported in an elevator, which provides access to more floors in a building without sacrificing brute strength.
As with other Snorkel products, their design is centered around robustness and reliability first, especially with solid steel parts that protect the scissor lift’s mechanical components. This provides the tools with a very long service life and requires very little maintenance and repairs over time. Their optimal weight also gives them greater buoyancy in tasks and maneuvers.
