Manulift is proud to be contributing to the construction of a cabin for the renowned chef Martin Picard’s TV show “Un chef à la cabane.”

With the help of entrepreneur David Harkins and a Merlo Roto 40.18 S telehandler, Picard will build this cabin using the pines from his forest to leave a legacy on the grounds of the orchard of the Cabane d’à Côté.

Martin Picard is known throughout Canada thanks to his television programs, his much-celebrated restaurant, Au Pied de Cochon in Montreal, as well as a sugar shack and a maple grove in Saint-Benoît de Mirabel to the northwest of Montreal.

Merlo’s telehandlers are the perfect machines to help the chef and his team build this cabin. With its versatility, precision and ease of operation, the Roto 40.18 S will be the ideal tool to build this new space.

“Un chef à la cabane” will be broadcast this spring on Télé-Québec.
